I have SA 240 Alloy no. S44627 (27% Chrome)materia. Which will be used in Aluminium Refinery. Pl. suggest Welding consumable for above material.

Contact your supplier. They have info on their consumables that will match the requirements.

Why would you ever be welding this material? What are you welding it to? E-Brite is as nearly un-weldable as alloys come. Didn't you ask this question before you selected the material?
This alloy is almost always used as tubing, since it cannot be used thicker than about 0.095" it can't be used as a structural member.
