welding 3/4" duplex steel ( 2205) impact test @-30°c

hello friends
i am using my impact test welding procedure for 3/4" shell thickness do i have to still need production run off plates for
cat A & cat B. & do i need ferrite content examination on my weld procedure.
please advice.
