Welder Rework Monitoring Device???

I am a co-oping and at my company we are looking for a device to track the usage of the rework welders on the front of the line. I am looking to track such things as number of times trigger is pulled, how long arc is maintained, etc. Is there any sort of device or product that anyone knows about that is used to track this information.

I'd guess the most robust and least intrusive solution would involve monitoring and recording the power line current for each welder.
