Welder Quolification and Essential Variables

I tested welders on a 12 " branch x42 and a 24" X60 But weld. If the welders pass the test can they weld X70

Material grade is not an essential(or otherwise) variable for API 1104 welder qualification. No issues as long as the welders were qualified in accordance with a qualified (and appropriate) API 1104 WPS for each qualification weld.
