I've been trying very hard to find published tables for tension and shear capacities of Nelson Studs embedded in concrete in imperial units but no luck. I only found one for metric units.

Does anyone have any information where to find these capacities? Also do Appendix D calcs apply the same to welded studs? Thanks.

Try this link. It is an embed design app for Nelson studs and you can get other help there as well....

Thanks guys. Nelson stud actually sent me a pdf with all the info I need. It is strange that they don't post that online.

Appendix D style math does apply. You get to treat them as a single breakout unit for a couple of mechanisms though. The Canadian Precast Concrete Institute goes into them in their manual. Shows calcs and has tables. It's in metric though.

But it's free, so I'll link it anyway.
