Welded Storage Tank Erection API 650

Dears,

Can anyone help with some details on erection method for welded water storage tanks (Conventional and jack up method).
the needed details are video and presentation for erection, Execution plans, Lifting Plans and other supporting documents that will allow me understand storage tank construction processes from the ring beam up to the Final commissioning process.

Background

Tank Capacity: 3000 m3
The tank diameter is 18 meter and 12 meter height.
the Tank Type is Fixed Roof Tank.
