Hi All,
Season's Greetings!

I have seen many post which talks about the method of creating welds.
But do anybody can suggest the best method to study the fillet weld in Creo Simulate. I am using Creo2.

I have used pro weld option and then you creo simulate option, which is yielding different results(may be I am wrong in any of the steps I went through), and I am confused now.

I have used a chamfered model for Creo Simulate and without chamfer for pro weld.

Please enlighten me with your great knowledge.

Regards
Shinoy
