Weld Reliefs

Do you mean welding short bead lengths for anti skidding or similar purposes? Many parameters would influence the outcome, so that I would be surprised to find a standard of reference except maybe for specialized applications.
In any case if you plan to weld such reliefs from one side of a sheet or plate, be prepared to deformations caused by tensile stresses parallel to the weld beads.

Weld relifs would simply be base metal buildup. A weld symbol with a half circle bound by the reference line is the standard designator. You would probably need to define extents of buildup in the tail of the symbol. Such as---2 inch long beads on 6 inch centers with so many rows with the rows being staggered or directly parallel.
