Weld Efficiency & Casting Efficiency Factor - ASME VIII Div. 2 Part 5

I am currently looking at an F.E.A report that follows the methodology of ASME VIII Div. 2 part 5 to verify an ASME VIII Div. 1 accumulator vessel.


The report mentions two factors that I can't find the origin of;

Weld Efficiency Factor

Casting Efficiency Factor


Could someone please enlighten me to their origins and where they can be found in the code.

Is the casting efficiency factor as discussed in UG-24 in Div. 1?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
