Can someone point me in the right direction here? These are leaflets (there are 3 of them in a circle).

I've tried making a cone on a slanted axis, and then made a new plane parallel to it, and making the "UU" like indented shape on the new plane and using the "wrap" feature on it, but it's not letting me get the exact dimensions since the boundaries clash. The reason for the wrap feature was so that I could cut some of the stuff out from it using some other cut features and then use 3 equally spaced ones in the cone like shape.
