Weep hole details for existing steel sheet pile retaining wall

I appreciate if somebody has typical details for existing steel sheet pile wall ...
The wall is about 6 feet high, currently no weep holes .. the wall has deflected at the top by about 3 inches and is attributed to hydro static pressure due to poor drainage ..

You might need to give a bit more information in order to receive an intelligent answer. You say the wall is 6 ft high, but how far is it embedded? Are there tiebacks? What kind of soil materials are involved? Where is the water table relative to the top of the wall?

In my experience, sheet pile walls don't have weep holes, but some may.

Hey now, those look pretty interesting! I'm looking for the effective drain radius per weep system. While I like Jet's website, I could use a little less of the flash media and some more direct links to the technical PDF literature.

PE - thanks for the link. It does look interesting. On some retaining wall rehab projects we've used a Rube Goldberg detail along those limes: Core a 6" diameter hole and put in a 5' long perforated PVC pipe wrapped in geotextile. We also put a piece of screen on the front to keep the rats out.
