We have a dimple jacketed reboiler with agitator. While trying to process a high boiling liquid we found that the boil up is fairly low (2 to 4 USGPM). This calls for additional heating to be supplied to the liquid to increase the boil up. We cannot install an internal plate coil heat exchanger b/c it will interfere with the agitator shaft. The HT area required is 50 sq. ft with saturated steam (150 psig/ 350 deg.F)as the heating medium.

What method of "external heating" is best suited for this application.
