We are manufacturing HDPE membrane.

We are manufacturing HDPE membrane. Want to increase the tensile strength of the membrane without affecting the puncture resistance and impact strength of the membrane. We want the following properties for the membrane.
Tensile Strength > 24 MPa
Elongation > 500
Puncture Resistance > 900 N

Can you suggest what can be added to HDPE granules to achieve the above values.
