Wave modelling in Caesar 2 software

Why there is no option to define the seastate in terms of wave spectrum (such as JONSWAP or Pierson-Moskowitz)in Caesar II and Autopipe, while modelling the offshore pipeline system in line with DNV-ST-F101? I could find only options to define applicable wave theories such as power law, stream function etc. Whereas in other software such as Orcaflex, user can define wave spectrum for irregular waves. Can someone share some info on this?
