WaterCad: Changing the scale of model

I created a water model inside WaterCad stand-alone, version 6.5, by tracing over a file that was imported at the wrong scale (feet instead of meters). How can I scale my current drawing of pipes to the correct length? I'm trying to avoid having to redraw my network of pipes.

You can set your distances to be scaled or input (schematic drawing).
