Water Well Design

Anyone know of good sources to learn how to design a water well system?

We would like to use a well to fill a new 150k water tank using the same distribution line used to feed the city.

The well will be approximately 450ft deep and will have to push water an extra 120ft head and its located approximately 1900 ft downline from the new water tank.
