How is anyone supposed to answer that.??
No flow data, no peak flow.
If your feed is good enough, you don't need any tank. If it's bad then you need maybe a days supply.
Remember - More details = better answers

In this factory area there is no feed of water from city. Just there we work on under ground tanks. We calculate that factory need 110 GPM from the number of lavatory, shower,sinks and its fixture units. So i calcaculate the water tank size for 8 hr ( 1 shaft). I found it 200 m3. but actually during 8 hr people will nit use all 200 m3. So is there anyway can reduce this 200 m3 to benearst from the size??

Uh, "benearst" ? I have no idea what that means in English.
I'm guessing that the numbers you used to calculate a design flow were already factored for average usage, so if you provide less than 200 m3 of tankage, you will get an angry phone call some day. ... or your successor will.

I would assume all workers would use the water closet at least once, maybe two times (urinals could replace a usage for men). Use whatever flush rate for the flush valves. Assume sinks may have about 1 minute usage per person for shift. Assume everybody would take a 10 minute shower. Add all that up and maybe add 25% extra.
Instantaneous flow rate would be 50 gpm (2 water closets).
That should get you close.

How did you calculate it?
How many people, how many units, how many take showers, what type of toilet flush.
As said the 110 GPM may well already include for the fact that not all units will operate all the time, but on average over a day they will use that amount.
There are lots of unit calculators around which provide this number.
