Good Morning,
I am trying to find information on the use of water soluble bags of biocide being inserted into a flowline during manufacture that will protect the flowline following installation and flooding operations.
I have treated flowlines before but only by injecting it from the topsides as part of a pigging campaign. I did several searches online, but the majority of the results came back for using this technique in fracturing operations by adding the bags to break tanks. Can anybody point me in the right direction for finding more information on this technique? Has anybody ever used this technique for protecting a subsea flowline?
Cheers,
Kat
