Water Quality Database

I am putting together a small database (excel or access) listing out all water quality parameters (chemical, radiological, biological, etc), MCLs, treatment options, source, etc. Does any one know if there is an already available database out there, the template of which I can use so that I dont have to reinvent the wheel here. I have seen some in the California DHS website, but it is not as comprehensive as I had hoped for. Can someone provide me with some pointers. Thanks

First, you will probably find what you need at

Second, go to

http://www.epa.gov

and search their web site for what you need. It has a wealth of info on what you are looking for.
