I have no direct experience in this area, but you might try one of these companies:

We use oil baths, with forced circulation in them.
If the mfg does not promise that it will hold better than +/-0.1C at all location in the bath then it won't work.
Variation of 0.5C is more than you can tolerate in this test.
I'll call our lab and see which ones we are using.
