I am looking for a water activated binder that could possibly replace a bitumen binder in a project that I am working on. Any suggestions?

Though dunno if you can afford the cost, and the fumes would be pretty nasty if you were pouring a road...

The other common water activated resin curing system is poly iso-cyanate/cyanurate, i.e. urethanes.

A lot of what you are asking depends on what the intended use is.....
