Wastewater recovery system

Hey there, I'm new to the forum and was wondering if some seasoned engineers could help me out.

As an academic project, I've been tasked with designing a wastewater reuse system for a local pulp and paper mill. I've done some legwork and gotten the effluent quality, along with the desired reuse quality. Now followed by the tricky part, design!

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good textbooks or free modeling software for the design of advanced treatment systems, especially membrane filtration?
