Warning: Rebuild Errors

After importing a assembly from Inventor, and each time I Rebuild the assembly, the What's wrong window opens with several Warning of "rebuild errors" in some parts.

This are just warnings, so it finishes, but what can I do to check what is wrong and get rid of the warnings?
