Wanting to know about attaching an

Wanting to know about attaching an 80 QFP to a PCB I have designed. The 80 pin device is a SMT and there does not seem to be enough room to use a sodering iron. Is there a way with limited equipment to attach the QFP?

Hi,

I've heard about, but never used conductive glue.
You'd have to be very careful due to the pin spacing being very small. Try the following link about working and fixing SMT deveices, including ifo on "electronic glue"
