Hi Engineers,
Would it be wrong for me to design a wall as a beam? What to clear some doubts.
 
As I told you before, when you were posting under a different handle, if you pick the worst loading (presumably at the base) and span it from corner to corner it is acceptable. I'd use a pinned pinned end conditions, as they're more conservative, but still make sure you have adequate corner reinforcing (match the middle reinforcing).
This is done all the time, when it's just not worth designing the wall as a plate.

Just design it as a deep beam.
