Waard Model for corrosion

is it possible to use the Waard model to predict CO2 corrosion in pipline carring only water

Since the model predicts the CO2 corrosion rate produced by an aqueous phase, the answer is yes. However, you will need a gas phase CO2 concentration as an input.
