WA SE Requirements

It is my understanding that a PE can seal drawings for structures in WA with the exception of "significant structures" as defined by the Board. For example cladding design (curtain wall and panels), and small structures in Risk Cat I & II. Is this correct?
 
Without looking it back up, that is my understanding.

Seattle is more strict, requiring a SE for basically anything structural.
