I am using VRV system to apartment style, i based on ashrae for standard values of ventilation rates. My question is:
1.) Is it good design to operate the vrv units and exhaust fan simultaneously? Do the conditioned air be wasted?
2.) Do the corridor need to have higher ventilation rate than the total ventilation rate of all rooms? or higher than the individual rooms only?
3.) Rooms have separate fresh air supplies and exhaust. Do the corridor need to have exhaust?

Thanks for the answers to come.
God bless

You should talk to a senior Engineer in your office.

1) code will tell you when the bathroom exhaust needs to run
2) code tells you what the minimum corridor ventilation is, you may need it increased to provide makeup air depending on your design.
3) depends, you can keep them pressurized. Also some codes do not allow the corridor to be used as a supply mkeup air plenum for bathroom exhaust

knowledge is power

Keep the corridor positive with respect to the apartment unit and the neighbors would thank you for not letting them know what you are having for dinner
