Hello,
I'm trying to model an axissymetric problem where I have a cylinder with a rectangular hole in it. So I made two parts (two rectangles) to use the symetry in this solid. I mesh the solid using quad (medial axis) elements (axissymetric stress).
Now I have to focus on the evolution of the volume of the solid when I change the temperature. For this, I use a Predefined field in the initial step to put the initial temperature (20°C) and then I use another Predefined field in my first static state to put a ramp to -70°C (than I'll go to 70°C).
I think this gives the good result as the behavior of the solid is good.
But then, when I want to to follow the evolution of the solid's volume, I can't. I asked IVOL and EVOL in the fields output but the result is constant throughout the simulation.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem (I can consider any point of view).
Thanks a lot
Regards
