Voltage Sags and SEMI F47 compliance. 2

Good Day,
I would like to know more about voltage sags and what is semi F47 compliance? Can anyone guide me on this?

Semi F47 is a standard for semiconductor manufacturing equipment requireing the units to continue operation for a short periode of time ( < 1 s as far as I remember) during an outage or a voltage sag. Usually a generously sized DC-link will be sufficient.
 
The semi F47 curve is very similar to the older CBEMA curve.
