Hello all !
Can we use RAM Concept to design Voided slabs ?

If yes, could you please suggest a workflow for that ?
If No , could you please name a software that can if you know

Around here that would be a different take on a waffle slab. We don't generally have the concrete on the bottom except where required. More prevalent now are hollow-core slabs which serve the same purpose of reducing the amount of concrete, but add the benefit of ideal curing and pre-stressing to maximize spans.

Ram concept can be use for waffle slabs but it is quite cumbersome to do correctly. If you search the bentley forum there is some general discussion on how to set it up. Not sure about voided, although you should be able to use an equivalent solid thickness to represent the stiffness where it is voided.

For a void slab I probably wouldn't mess with the thickness due to the impact on the bar moment arms. You could apply a negative dead load to the voided regions to account for the reduced self weight and adjust the element bending stiffness values as needed, I'd also probably give some consideration to defining the slab as a "No-Torsion" slab element as well to reduce the stiffness and restrict the element behavior a bit further.
