VisVSA tab/slot creation issue

Dear all,

I'm trying to create a tab/slot feature in teamcenter visualization Mokup process document.
I do the same as propsed for such a feature in tutorial but as the result I receive not a complete tab/slot (w/o a circular portion). I tried to use both from NX and Creo JT and STEP files..

Do you know how to solve this problem?
