Visual Fortran 6.0 Aspen Plus patch

I need the Visual Fortran 6.0 patch for Aspen Plus. This patch is not avalaible at HP website . I requested it to AspenTech support but I was told that if the patch is not avalaible at HP website i have to upgrade the fortran compiler to a newer version. So please , can someone tell me a url where i can download it ?
