Equivalent of intel Fortran flag:"iface:cref" in Gfortran on a Windows platform

Intel fortran uses the "iface:cref" flag to tell to the compiler to use calling conventions C, REFERENCE.
Could you please advise what is the equivalent flag in Gfortran?
