Viewing Tet 10 Elements

I am starting to use Hyperview to present Nastran results which works great. HOWEVER, several of my models have Tet 10 elements and the mid nodes from these elements do not appear to be in the Hyperview model. Since it is just for viewing, this is probably ok; but if I query the results on the nodes that do come through, the the strain is 15 to 20% lower then what is reported in Patran. This is a problem.

Has anyone experienced this. What am I doing wrong. I have an email into hyperWorks; but I have not received any info from them.
