View Cube Orientation

Hi,

I want to know how can I change the view cube
orientation?

By using standard template when I select the front plane
for sketching it is normal but when I select the right &
top plane for sketching the plane is parallel to me but
rotated 180 degrees(upset down) which I feel is not
correct(The text in view cube TOP & RIGHT is also rotated
by 180 degree).

I don't want the plane to be rotated 180 degree when I
want to sketch on my right & top planes also.

How to deal with this.
