I was wondering if anyone could suggest what video camera (type, model) would be convenient to be used for welding operator of Electroslag Strip Cladding process. Electroslag Strip clading process produces heat, radiation and a lot of light from the melted strip and flux (although not as high as open arc processes). the camera is estimated to be installed at about 20 to 50 cm from weld pool.
