Victaulic coupling and pipe thickness calcs per ASME B31.3

if we use Victaulic coupling with groove cut on pipe designed to ASME B31.3 do we consider groove depth as mechanical allowances and subtract it when calculation pipe thickness per 304.1.2 for straight pipe under internal pressure ?

I'd say yes. However, doesnt Victaulic comes with it's own pre-determined pressure rating? Also review these for use of Vic under B31.3;
