Sir
We have supplied turnkey project (Thermal Power Plant)of 200 MW and 500 MW rating. Speed of TG system is 3000 rpm. Main steam parameters are 135 Kg/cm2 and 535 deg.C for 200 MW and 170 Kg/cm2 and 535 deg.C for 500 MW. There are many critical pipelines (pipe connecting boiler outlet to main turbine inlet, pipe connecting HP turbine outlet to reheater, pipe connected to reheater to IP turbine inlet, pipe coming out of main turbine (HP/IP/LP Turbine) for various extraction etc.).
I want to know the following :-
- Whether any international standard (ISO or any other)exists for acceptable vibration of critical piping. If yes, kindly give me the detail. If no standard exists, what is the maximum vibration to which machine can be run.
- Whether any online measurement is required for measuring these vibration.
Kindly let me know your views on "Various sources of vibration in critical pipelines" and it can be controlled.
Thanks
