Situation:
3 pieces of central heating gas-boilers with 1000 kW with 3 circulation pumps of each 51 m³/h, connected with a hydaulic switch to a pumping circuit with 2 heat exchangers.
The piping has visible vibrations in special operatation conditions but the operating points of this are not reproduceable.
The situation does not change, if only one boiler works or 2 together.
The idea of the causation is: local overheating in the boiler (caused by air in the system) and cavitation of bubbles, which causes vibration.
Question: Is there a good method to measure and verify exactly such a cavitation (complaints procedure)?
