Hi all,

Maybe a silly question but is it possible to add elements to the vertical/horizontal ordinate dimension as the model changes?

For example I have a sheet metal initally I only have a center hole but I added more holes to the sheet metal and wanting to add the dimension, and it was originally done with the ordinate dimension system. What I really like to know if it is possible to add such dimension without having to delete everything and start again? Thanks in advance.

Right click the dimension and choose - Add to Ordinate.

Right click on any ordinate dimension, select "Add to ordinate", select new locations. Escape and repeat for other axis.

Plus, if the "0" changes you can grab and move it.
"sometimes"

Delete the ones that you don't need, but don't delete the zero unless you want to detete the whole string.
