version 5 compared to ver 4

Can anyone out there give me some backround about ver 5 catia compared to ver 4. I am a current SDRC user who is thinking of learning CATIA. My past exposure to CATIA has been ver 4 only. I want to know if all the function of ver 4 is in ver 5 , and what is the major differences between the two versions.
