Venturi Design 1

Hello frnds,
I am a process engineer in a cement plant. we have a coal feeding system consist of the coal hopper,venturi, blower air & Burner.

Thare is a fluactuation in the coal feeding so that the operation is going disturbed.The one of the reason for this is the Venturi design problem.

Plz anyone can help me in making a new ventur design.

The design of a venturi is 10% theory and 90% experience. If someone here gives you the 10% you will still be 90% short. Rather go to an established supplier with a good track record.
