I need to design a venturi that will create a small suction in a pipe of 1.5" diameter. There is an air flow through the pipe of 750 CFM at 10 bar. The suction is required to mix a slurry into the air stream. The slurry is a mixture of water and grit. The flow of the slurry should be 10 litres a minute.
How would one go about designing such equipment?
Is there a web site or computer software available for designing such a venturi eductor? Or even better, is there a manufacturer who can supply such an eductor?

Gisle:

You're closer to reality on your second thought. I wouldn't trust anyone with the time, money, and effort to design something they've never done before. Every smart engineer goes to recognized and available venturi eductor fabricators like Penberthy, et. al., who can easily be found in the Internet through Google.

Look for eductors and ejectors when selecting suppliers. Venturi's will take you down the flow measurement path.
