Hi all
I am trying to fix two calculations which are stucked by one facts. That is the vegetation cover. So I have two questions in prompt.
Firstly, how the vegetation cover effects on run off coefficent on the rational method and TR55. Is there any elicit formula between runoff coefficient and vegetation cover.

Secondly, regarding soil loss calculations using USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation), how the crop factor varies based on the vegetaion factor.

If anyone can answer me that will be really cooperative

thank you.

For the SCS/NRCS method, the Curve Number is based on the soil group and vegetative cover, as listed in table 2-2a of the TR-55 manual.

Well it does not consider the density of vegetation. But its ok for runoff. What will be the case for soil lose using USLE L=ARKSCP
