I require to calculate the torque applied to the rotor shaft, change in power, and change in rotor angle of a 46MVA 11kV 1500rpm salient pole synchronous generator for a 30deg vector shift in voltage while operating at full load.

Can anybody help?

This was in part my Masters Essay and research.
Yes I can help.

Fantastic DougMSOE!

If it was part of your Masters research then I assume you've done dynamic studies on such. I don't have MATLAB or any other simulation software.
Is there a more simplistic or static approach to get in the ball park?
