Need help...Please explain in layman's language how motor flux model is developed and used in drives for vector control?
Thanks in advance..

I’m having trouble reconciling the concept of “laymen’s language” and “motor flux model”.

I co-wrote an FAQ on this general subject a long time ago, but I didn’t go into the details of how one would develop a motor flux model algorithm. That’s hardly a layman type of activity.

Layman’s explanation is “There’s this black box...”

Dear "itsmoked" and "jraef",
Many thanks for the input..I did google based on the links provided by you and came across this you tube link......" Old Motors New Tricks -- Part 2".
It gives very detailed explanation on how exactly this is done. Thanks once again.
