VBE and the mouse wheel 4

Hello

Does anyone know how to get the mousewheel to scroll in the VBE?

The MS knowlege base says to update the mouse driver... I have the latest...

What am I missing?

Yes, FreeWheel fixed my problem and added some nice features.
