vb6 error object library not registered

I can't get my vb6 professional version to load the Microsoft Windows Common controls 6.0
I get the vb6 error "object library not registered"
The program was working fine during last school quarter and suddenly did this.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Try re-applying the current service pack. I have seen this problem once before (not sure the cause), but re-applying the SP solved the problem.
