I am designing Storage Tank in which Internal design Pressure is : 360 lbf/ft2 (g) and the Vapor Pressure of 0.003 PSIA
Can Anyone tell if I have to include the vapor Pressure value in the design pressure ?
Thanks

The vapor pressure is the partial pressure of the product vapor inside the tank, and would be considered as already included in the specified design pressure.

In the same units (psi) you're looking at 2.5 versus 0.003. That's negligible.

It's also a very low vapour pressure.
